01
Provider identity
The website and services are publicly presented under the AGE ONE brand.
The fields still required under Article 5 of Romanian Law 365/2002 are the company’s exact legal name and form, registered office, tax identifier, trade-register number, and VAT status. If an authorisation or regulated profession applies, the relevant authority, title, and rules must also be added. A brand is not a legal identity and these facts cannot be inferred from the website.

Direct and effective contact
Email: [email protected].
- Telephone: +40 746 301 570
- Telephone: +40 740 218 868
Domain: https://age-one.com. These channels allow you to submit an enquiry; sending a message does not automatically create a contract.
03
Presented activities
AGE ONE presents strategy, design, and development services for websites, eCommerce, web and mobile applications, SaaS, CRM/ERP, dashboards, internal platforms, integrations, automation, and infrastructure.
The website does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, does not take payment, and does not automatically conclude contracts. Each project’s terms are set by the proposal and contract accepted by the parties.
04
Prices and tax
Form budget ranges are indicative planning references, not tariffs or binding offers. Price, currency, VAT, other taxes, and expenses are stated in a proposal tailored to the project’s scope and dependencies.
The provider’s VAT status was not supplied and must be displayed with the company details. If public tariffs are introduced, they must clearly state whether VAT and any additional costs are included.
05
Business customers and consumers
The form can be submitted without contracting a service. If AGE ONE chooses to offer distance contracting to a consumer, all mandatory pre-contract information and rights must be provided separately before the contract.
It has not been confirmed that AGE ONE contracts exclusively B2B. This must be verified; a public document cannot remove a consumer’s mandatory rights.
06
Intellectual property
Original website content is protected by applicable law. Marks, images, and materials identified as belonging to clients or other third parties remain their owners’ property. Quotation and reuse rules are set out in the Website terms.
07
Applicable documents
- Website terms — use of the website and form;
- Privacy policy — personal information, recipients, and rights;
- Cookie policy — local browser storage and optional analytics.

Updates and legal source
This page will be updated when the operator, contacts, activity, or contracting model changes. The English version is provided for information; the document agreed for a particular contract and any mandatory applicable rules prevail in case of inconsistency.
