Acceptance and scope

By using the website, you accept the rules that apply to navigation, content, and the form. If you disagree, do not use the interactive functions and contact AGE ONE for clarification. A client’s delivered product is governed by that project’s documents, not these terms.

The website may be used only by people who can legitimately submit an enquiry for themselves or for an organisation they state they represent.

Website purpose and editorial content

The website presents services, projects, and articles about strategy, design, websites, eCommerce, applications, and operational software. Content is general information and not legal, tax, financial, or other regulated advice.

Case studies describe projects and functions from the available materials. Unless expressly stated and supported, they are not performance guarantees, promises of results, or confirmation of a current commercial relationship.

Enquiries, proposals, and contracts

Sending a form or email, or taking part in a discussion, neither requires AGE ONE to accept the project nor creates a contract. AGE ONE may ask for clarification or decline a request because of fit, capacity, risk, or technical or legal constraints.

Work begins only after the relevant commercial documents are accepted. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, schedule, price, taxes, payment, acceptance, rights in the result, warranties, support, and termination belong in the project proposal and contract. The project contract prevails if it differs from these website terms.

Prices, estimates, and payments

Budget ranges in the form are indicative and help describe project scale; they are not prices, binding offers, or amounts due. The website does not process payments or allow services to be contracted automatically.

An estimate becomes binding only under an accepted commercial document stating currency, VAT or other taxes, expenses, milestones, due dates, and late-payment consequences.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may read pages, share links, and submit a genuine enquiry. You must not:

• attack, test without authorisation, or bypass security, limits, or availability;
• send spam, malicious code, false identities, or another person’s data without a lawful basis;
• perform abusive automated extraction or systematically republish a substantial part of the website;
• misleadingly use AGE ONE, client names, marks, projects, or materials;
• use the website for unlawful activity or infringement of another person’s rights.

Intellectual property and client materials

Except for elements identified as belonging to clients, partners, or other owners, the website’s original text, structure, graphics, and code are protected by applicable law. Third-party names and marks remain their owners’ property.

You may quote short excerpts with visible attribution. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of a substantial part requires the relevant owner’s permission. Portfolio display does not transfer rights in a project.

External links and services

Links to client, authority, or other third-party sites provide context. Those parties control their own content, availability, security, and policies. A link does not endorse every item of third-party content or practice.

Report broken links, incorrect attribution, or a possible rights issue to the contact address so it can be assessed.

Availability and technical changes

The website is provided as available and may be updated, corrected, suspended, or withdrawn, in whole or in part. Uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, and absolute absence of errors are not promised, although known problems are addressed reasonably.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions based solely on general content, unavoidable temporary outages, or third-party services outside its control. Liability for a client project is governed by that project’s contract.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, wilful conduct, or other mandatory cases, and nothing restricts mandatory consumer rights where they apply.

Personal information and cookies

Website data processing is explained in the Privacy policy. Browser storage and optional analytics are described in the Cookie policy. The enquiry form does not automatically subscribe a sender to marketing.

Consumers and dispute resolution

The audited website is informational and does not conclude contracts or take payment online. If AGE ONE later offers distance contracting to a consumer, the mandatory pre-contract information, performance, and withdrawal rules must be provided in documents tailored to that particular service before the order.

A concern may first be sent to [email protected]. Where Romanian consumer law applies, information on alternative dispute resolution is available on the official ANPC ADR page. The former EU ODR platform is not linked because it was discontinued in 2025.

The chosen law, competent court, and exclusively B2B status of the services were not confirmed. They must be established in AGE ONE’s contracts; mandatory law cannot be displaced through a general website clause.

Updates, severability, and contact

These terms may change when the website or applicable framework changes. A new version applies from its displayed date and does not retroactively amend an existing contract. If one provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
